On the VA’s website it says my claim is complete but I can’t see no letters.

I’m currently going through the IDES process and I checked the VA e benefits website to see if any progress has been. The website says my claim is completed and a decision letter was mailed out to me, I haven’t received it yet but there is also an option to view the letter online but when I go to view it, it tells me there are no letters ready for me to see yet. Does anybody have any input on what to do? Thanks a lot.

You will not receive a letter nor be able to see it online. Once you hit your retirement date and submit your DD-214 it will be around 30 days before you get your actual letter. Hope this helps.

I received my decision letter over a week ago (given 10% rhinitis rating) but it's not listed on the VA website list of disabilities.
