- this MEB process is insane! I've been in this since last nov and finally had gotten my percentages 4 days ago. I'm also on JBLM, it's crazy how they work these cases. My friend had started hers in feb and already received orders andnis home. I just don't understand why they say they have to do the old cases first when that isn't the case. I'm glad I have the PDA number now tho lol
 
Has anyone seen any movement this week on their case? on week 6 waiting for orders. I'm at FT Bliss, I've contacted the OMBUDSMAN here but he seems to really not care, stated ''let me look into it" and that was a week ago; still waiting for him to call back.
 
I've been waiting to hit the transpoc list for over a month. I've bugged the Peblo, omsbudsmen, and PDA to no avail. Yesterday I walked into my congressmans office and was walked into a case manager (not an intern) office and they were so confused as of why PDA is so jacked up. They were very familiar with the process. She literally looked at the 199. "It says you should be retired". Yep. "So what's the problem?". I tell her I need orders. Forwards my case to the office of congressional oversight and says that my case will be flagged for congressional oversight and that I will have an answer/action within 30 days but most likely sooner. I'll let you know what happens with this. And to all of you that day to wait in the congressional; I've only been waiting 30+ days. But I'm doing this so that I don't become the guy that's been waiting 6 months. 10 days is the standard. These people are just garbage at their job. Call PDA and see if you can grasp how professional they are (not at all).
 
I get that. It just isn't acceptable that everyone is running way behind? I'm not saying I know how to fix their issue. But I for sure am not going toss my family's livelihood into the abyss that is a federal employees ability to do their job competently. At least not without using every available asset I have. They need to have Congress looking in on them because they are for sure wasting tax payers money to do a shitty job.

Congrats! How long was your wait??Just talked to my PEBLO today, case made it to PDA, now standing by smh, I have seen a lot of different cases, 3 days, 2 weeks or months. Fingers crossed man...
 
Day 65 waiting on Orders...... PEBLO gets weekly report from PDA stating my case is with an analyst, PEBLOs Supervisor contacts PDA and gets the same response "<<<<Name>>>> assigned to analyst", Ombudsman tells me to just work with my PEBLO . It has been with an analyst for 6 weeks now and no one can say why the hell the analyst is sitting there with a thumb up their arse and not processing it. Overall my Case has gone from an Estimated Finish Date (No Appeal) of 04/07/2017 to 10/02/2017 and the hold up has been with the National Capital Region PEB & PDA (same office). Filed a complaint with Department of the Army Inspector General Office 2 weeks ago and have heard zilch from them....... 30 years of service and this BS is the thanks..........

Told by Ombudsman the PDA completed processing mine 6 July waited on my Peblo to call on Monday didn't happen so I called him Tues the 11th he didn't have a clue "Oh give me your social, oh you have something here" I'm like dude yea I know I have something.. Well the PDA screwed my orders up and gave me the wrong retirement rank and disposition smh.
now it's back to the PDA for corrections..

Hoping they get yours completed soon.

I contacted a congressman when I hit 30 days. Got my orders at 40 days. Hit transpoc within 5 days of my congressman contacting them. Alot of people try to tell you not to contact a congressman, but that is the only way you will get them to do there job. And the only way that they will be held accountable.
