I signed my DA199 2 1/2 weeks ago and was told it would only take 2 weeks to get orders. Does anybody know what the process is or who I could call to find out what the hold up is? My PEBLO is no help so of course like everything else during my MEB I have to do it myself. I talked to the retirement services/orders folks here on Ft. Belvoir but they say they are waiting for something from the PEB? I just want my orders and to get out! I have job opportunities that are passing me by because I cant get out! Help please.....

Orders Hold Up???

I am in the same boat. Been waiting over two weeks for orders. Guys who got their ratings after me are already getting orders yet I still wait. I have been super proactive during whole process. So I have gone to my pueblo and in and out Processing twice. Pueblo called peb who said they sent my stuff down. In and out has nothing and "to busy" to send an email on my behalf inquiring on status. So if this week goes by without answer I'm calling congress. I'm over the bs I've had to call them before and I don't want to but what else can I do at this point?
what is the number to congress because i might have to do the same thing soon
I too signed my 199 on 6 Sept to day us the 26th. I was told that is less than two weeks I would have my Letter of Release and could begin clearing. Now my PEBLO seems to know nothing and is less than helpful about this. My chain of command has attempted to reach someone at the PEB that can tell them what is going on and have received no answers. I don't know if congress will help or not but I will be watching to see how this works out for you.
Hey surebet when you sign your 199 Do you and your pueblo figure out how much leave you have or want to take ? That way when they cut your orders you can get out before the 90 days if you want ?
I am too waiting on orders from transition here at Hawaii. At this point I have been waiting for about 6 weeks and going onto 7. Initially was told that my paperwork sent to PDA was lost during their move of offices. This second time around its going on 3 weeks and I just wanted to know if there is any info on how I can get these guys to get off their asses. I was told that I was supposed to expect a call 3 days later saying they received my packet. Never got that call and was just told of this info from my PEBLO counselor. This is taking way way too long to get this processed. Any info would help.
Any update on getting orders? I signed my DA-199 yesterday and was told around 6 weeks.

I was told four to six weeks as well. I signed my 199 on the 9th of November.

Wondering if this "Letter of Release" you speak of is an Army thing? Never heard of it before or know what it means.
