Am I to assume that because the page http://boards.law.af.mil/AF_PDBR.htm is down, that it's being updated? Or something else? I keep looking for my case number and they keep dancing around my numbers like really close I'm slightly upset about that, but it gets me no where so I'm calm now lol I filed July 2014. What's the average adjudication time? A year? Can anyone else access the page? Sorry for so many questions.

It is also down for me....I have seen this intermittently happen over the past 3-4 months. I don't have any info as to why this is. I have also seen it up and running intermittently. Only thing I can think of is that they are updating the site.

My case was adjudicated, recommendations sent to the army. The army sent me their decision. PD2014-00336 Hill is now RRRREEEETTTTIIIIRRRREEEEDDDD

Amazing!!! Congratulations!!!

Congrats!!!!!! If you don't mind what was the time frame from when your case was sent to the Army from PBDR and you receiving your letter that you were retire?

My case was adjudicated and our recommendation was recently sent to the Army for their final action. The Army will contact you via letter with their final decision. Unfortunately, we cannot discuss your case. On 7 July, On 22 July the Army
agreed with the PDBR and mailed me a FIRST CLASS WHITE 11X7 ENVELOPE which I received on 5 August. First contact was 20060202.

Try this: http://boards.law.af.mil/AF_PDBR_CY2014.htm
see if you are there

Not sure what is going on with the site- it has been intermittently up and down. Seems up now.

BTW, in my own experience, it is not 100% accurate. I have had cases that are not posted at all (surprise, surprise, they were favorable outcomes....not sure if this is a deliberate omission of cases, or if there is something about cases on remand from the Federal courts that mess up their normal "flow" of posting decisions....this is for all branches).

I totally understand thank you so much for sharing this.

I was notified the DA agreed with the PDBR’s recommendation of retirement. I was also informed my paperwork was being mailed yesterday; so, what exactly is in the “white envelope.” Board results or orders?

Congratulations on your retirement, and welcome to the forum!!!! I have not received my envelope yet, and by no means am I an expert. However, it is my understanding the "white envelope" includes a copy of the PDBR recommendation, and the approval letter from the DA. It is my understanding that orders come a couple of months later.

John

Thanks John. My timeline is below:
Sent to PDBR: February 2017
Adjudicated (recommendation signed by board): April 1, 2019
Letter accepting recommendation signed by Army): August 29, 2019
*currently awaiting the white envelope!
