PDBR CRSC RETRO SEVERANCE RECOUP?

I was doing some reading today and wanted to let everyone know that there is an updated DoD 7000.14-R, Volume 7B, November 2015. I'm still holding out for a positive outcome. I was an E-7 in the Marine Corps at 14 years when I was involuntary separated due to numerous surgeries to my right knee. I received a pretty nice chuck of severance pay. The VA has been collecting on a monthly basis on that severance since 2007. I'm going through the same thing to make sure that if I am awarded retirement, I know what is owed or is not owed. Just working through the math.

Yea, I'm going to have to look that up and do the same. Any new revelations in this updated reg that you've found so far?

I DID win at the AFBCMR a few months ago and was awarded PDRL; and DFAS has been unable to give me a straight answer on ANYTHING thus far.
