Hey, I accepted my findings on 25 Feb and still have no word on a PDRL PERS message for a separation date. Has anyone signed EOO around the same time? If so, have you received your new EAS? This waiting game has had my anxiety through the roof & I'm just ready to get this all over with!

Im in a similar boat. I signed Feb 26 and havent heard anything. I keep hearing the timeline get pushed back for the PEB to put the index out. Started at 1-2 weeks from signing and now Im hearing that it will take 4-6

Yes! When I signed my peblo said 1-2 weeks but I emailed them today and now they’re saying 4-6 weeks. After looking in here I’ve seen people that accepted their findings a day or two after I signed and they’ve already received their pdrl message.

I am also playing the waiting game right now, I signed Feb 25 and today when I called Jeff about my Index he said they are backed up since their system was down all last week. Fingers crossed for some answers soon.

Just as a data point, I had an FPEB appeal and then accepted a stipulation/settlement. I signed 2/27 and had the message 3/12. I wonder if the "quick" turnaround was because I received my initial findings nearly 2 months ago so I was already queued up.

What was the reason they initially found 0% DoD? Was it just a processing error?

Do you know how they decide how far out the FPEB is? In your case scheduled for a month out, but I've seen other instances where it's 6 months out.

It was an error on the VA side that was reviewed by a supervisor and fixed, but not prior to the PEB receiving the wrong initial rating. The PEB requested the updated rating and changed their paperwork.

The FPEB is about 4 to 5 weeks from signing to request and FPEB date. I was in first contact with the lawyer about 2 weeks prior to the hearing and signed corrected findings one week prior to the hearing.

The longer hearing dates are when a VARR or extension is requested for more evidence etc.

what is an index? i signed last monday.

Also, does anyone know if its possible there could be more than one message going out in a week for PDRLs? I know there was one on Tuesday but find myself hoping there could be another today or tomorrow with my name on it. :')

Could you share Jeff’s contact? I’m wanting to reach out and ask for an update on current timeline.
