PEB Delay/ System Change?

Okay, numerous people on here are saying a DoD wide system switch or whatever this means is occurring right now and no one will get their ratings to sign for until after 9 Dec. I have not heard anything about this from a LEGIT source, I have contacted the PEB (USMC, Washington Naval Yard) two times in the past week. I got in contact with brass and an e8, no one has said anything about this when I asked. So what is everyone talking about. I see people are still receiving their ratings as well. Some today, and some within the last couple days.

I'm talking about Post VA stage. Waiting to sign my 199, get an EAS and get the hell out

What's the source, or real information about this...

My PEBLO said that PEB system is change now. I signed my NARSUM on 18th Oct, but i still waiting for my unfit memo. and I called the VA yesterday, they said they received unfit memo from PEB 23th Nov so I called my PEBLO about that. But he said that he can got in to system until 8th Dec. My question is If system is change now how other people can done that process?...
 
I had someone get into the system for me yesterday, actually the PEBLO clerk. Then I called the peb and they got in their system and checked my package. Not once did they say the system was down or processes postponed.
 
Maybe all the PEBLOs got together and said screw this we need 2 weeks off! lets say its down hahaha

Do you mean is my PEBLO is lying to me?
 
I can confirm that this is an Army event. System down until Dec. 8.
 
Documents needed from me says initial review complete... what does that mean

All cases are different. The services take their own time. Overall, things are much faster now than in past years. Or, maybe, the Navy hates you. (That was a joke).
FWIW, traditionally, once you hit Thanksgiving, things slow a bit and, if that carries over to Christmas/New Years Holidays, things slow down a bit, too.

I am Air Force and signed for my ratings December 1st. My ebenefits closed out 23 Nov. You can see my timeline in my signature

Does this also effect separation messages. I signed my 199 the tuesday before thanksgiving

Only info I have is it impacts the database that the Army uses to upload case documents and track cases. I am not sure whether it impacts cases that are already set for final disposition at the APDA. Really, at this point, we are talking a three day additional delay, so unlikely to have much of a major impact (also, track that the initiation of this delay was right before Thanksgiving....when little to no work would be done over the holiday weekend). I doubt that this delay will be of a substantial impact).

No dude :/ I wish. Everyday I wake up hoping I'd hear something and I've got nothing yet .. I'm past the 40 days now. I'm still hoping it's any day now . My friend got his last week and his claim was closed only 4 days before mine.
