PEB FIT/UNFIT ISSUES

OK I was concerned about my package so I contacted the PEB and they gave me my DoD rating 20%. I got boarded for DVT (post) 7121 swelling in leg, pain, compression stocking and elevation with little to no relief, rupture achilles tendon left foot and Bilateral hallux limitus. Now the PEB gave me 20% for the achilles tendon rupture and said the DVT 0% and bilateral hallux limitus 10% each L/R foot are not unfitting conditions. If I can't wear my boots ever again, do my job, pt, pft, cft or any type of Marine training is that unfitting? Also when I asked her why they made the fit decision she said because my rupture achilles caused my feet problems when I rupture my achilles in Jul 11 and had one foot surgery in 05 and the other in 06. Now my feet around the hardware is causing a lot of issues and feels like every time I step its going to break. The podiatrist annotated that and the conditions of my feet including lose hardware. I go to work in civilian attire everday because I can't wear boots and had custom orthos made on several occasions and was told there is nothing else the could do. I also have two other unfit condition I will have to add when I request FPEB with DDD torn labrum (20%) in L4 and in L5 and left hip labrum tear (10%). I currently sit at 20%/80% but the DVT 7121 at 0% is incorrect and the left hip labrum tear has in the narrative 10% with my MRI and ROM but they put 0% when they added the findings up. Once I receive my package from my peblo I will post the other claims but my main concern is the DoD rating.
