PEB Question

I am currently on active duty with orders ending 31Dec10. Since being on active duty, I have received a P3 profile. Along with the P3 profile, I have a limited duty profile working 4 hours daily.
I was told by HRC that my .case is active but I haven't been assigned a PEBLO. What happens on 31 Dec?
 
I presume you are guard or reserve. Your orders should be extended until your condition is materially resolved and requires no further treatment or you are processed through the DES (MEB). Normally, an MEB would not be started unless your condition doesn't improve for a year.
