PEB Timeline for OCT applicants

Good Evening Ladies and Gents, Long story short- dose anyone who had their case accepted by the PEB in OCT have any news back yet? When I had my package sent in late July- I was told to wait seven months at most to hear something back. Maybe I misunderstood something but by that original time frame- I should have something back any day now. I might just be impatient. Yes I did talk to my PEBLO but she just said the same thing she said in July.
 
I had mine submitted to the PEB in Oct. My lawyer's paralegal somehow could see that it was with the MO since November. I've received no information from my PEBLO. No movement on my VA claim either.
 
I would suggest emailing your attorney directly. My PEBLO never emails out updates regardless if I ask or not. My attorney was able to tell me a few days ago that my case was with the presiding officer and it shouldn’t be long.
