Hello all,

I am very unfamiliar with the MEB/FEB. I went through the MEB with what seemed to be no hiccups and my packet was sent to the PEB on Aug 11th. My question is what do I do? I read about people getting letters in the mail or calling PEBLO’s to get information. My PEBLO said I would get a call from NMCP with a finding and to just wait when she sent my stuff to PEB. Does the VA send me anything? Who actually notifies me of the findings. How long does it usually take for them to get findings back? Any information for the PEB would be great! Thank you!

A lot of it from here on out is hurry up and wait.
On 2 June is when my MEB was sent to the PEB, and 7 AUG is when the VA sent ratings to the PEB, so it could be within the next few weeks.

I’d assume 3-4 months from when you hear about your package being sent to get findings. You’ll hear about those from your PEBLO. Officially, nothing is sent to you until your findings come in, but after about 2 months, you can call the VA Hotline and request your proposed ratings that they sent to the PEB.

Unfortunately, it’s a lot of waiting.
