After signing findings my peblo informed me I need to make a copy of my tdrl for my admin and give them a copy. My peblo said salesforce informs pers of tdrl for I can receive message traffic for separation authorization. The problem is my admin says they can’t do that because it violates hippa. My peblo responds back to me and says to cover up my rating and unfit disability also scan it to make a copy. My admin still won’t do it. I am stuck in limbo what can I do???

Smh I have to give to my CO and CMC for they can take care of it supposedly they only have access to view hippa and route it to salesforce but shouldn’t have to run it up my chain of command admin are just being some douchebags.Tell your admin they're f&$#in' retarded and then go get the Chief. You can Google this. It's not a HIPAA violation to give someone your own medical information for a purpose that you authorize
So do we HAVE to give this to our admin? The PEBLO gave me an extra copy to give to my admin “so they know to look for message traffic.” To me it sounded like a text to my LPO to let him know would suffice instead of giving him my medical docs.
