PEBLO neglected to send my IRILO package to AFPC for two months. How do I make this process move forward?

To explain the topic further, I (AD USAF) was put into a MEB status in July. In August, my PEBLO received a signed 1185 and NARSUM, and told me that he expected to hear back on my case a week and a half from that date. Well, weeks go by. I call and e-mail him once a week, and either receive no response or "I haven't heard anything yet." 1 month after, I asked him to verify that AFPC had my case. He said they did. Okay.

Well, fast forward to two months from IRILO submission. Another PEBLO takes over my case. After not hearing anything back from AFPC within 7 days of taking the case, he called AFPC. My original PEBLO never submitted my IRILO package. Amazing.

Now, it seems like there's a spat between the two PEBLOs. The first has told me the second threw the case in his face (Exact words); the second has told me the first was tasked with re-obtaining the signatures for the two forms, and then he (the second PEBLO), will submit it. As of today, the package has still not been submitted.

What the hell can I do about this? It feels like my case has become lost in whatever issues these two have with each other. I have orders to my next assignment despite being MEB status(wonder how that happened), and I feel lost in the system and uncertain about my future.

I know I'm being dramatic. I'm sorry.

Sorry but there isn't really anything you can do. You are at the mercy of the system and it sucks especially if your original PEBLO didn't do their job. They are the designated paper pushers and everything goes through them. Each step is on them to gather paperwork and when its time for something to be done they contact you to share the results and to sign documents on whether to concur or appeal. Then they send it back up. What really stinks is that if you have a crappy PEBLO the process can take much longer!
 
Sign up for the Wounded Warrior Program and leverage your local liaison at your base. They work directly for medical folks within AFPC and this is how I was able to bring attention to some issues I was having.
