PEBLO not responding

I'm still waiting for an update on my VA ratings but I was wondering, do any of y'all's PEBLOs just not respond? I've sent multiple emails, being very polite (and apologetic for the multiple emails) but he's just completely stopped replying to me. Should I try calling instead so I actually get ahold of him?

Where are you in the process? Over what time frame are you sending multiple emails? What is "multiple"?

It's been over a week since I've received a response, I've sent 3 separate emails. Is that normal? Before this he's usually responded within a couple days.
 
I am not sure if it is normal, but a week could be multiple causes. I usually contact mine every week or two just to hear it will be a week or two.

I also had a VA rep that was helping me. If you haven't heard from your PEBLO in a week since your last email give them a call. If still nothing reach out to your VA rep if you have one. If still nothing you can reach out to legal, but I bet it won't go that far.

Remember you are dealing with 1 case, yours. They are dealing with hundreds, plus their personal life.
 
Call them, I talked to my PEBLO over the phone on the regular. In fact, most communication between the PEBLO and I was over the phone. Even if she was just going to send an email, she'd call me prior to notify me of said incoming email. If you don't know their number, call the operator at the base appointment line and ask to be transferred to the PEBLO.
