Pending VA ratings - did the PEB find me unfit? Timeline for ratings?

Hi everyone.

I was told that my case went to the PEB on 22 NOV and then to the VA for ratings on 7 DEC. If it was passed along to the VA, does that mean the PEB found me unfit? Also, how long is it taking the VA to determine ratings these days? I only have one disqualifying condition (behavioral health).

I have heard that it is taking 2-3 months to receive ratings back from the VA, but perhaps someone with more recent experience can confirm this. I have also heard that it can depend on the number of conditions being rated—is this true?
 
I have heard anywhere from a couple weeks to 2 months, I’m at a month and a half right now and still waiting.
 
The latest info i have from my MSC (received today) is "Based on other cases, it is taking the DRAS (VA rating board) between 8-10 weeks to complete the number of requests they
have pending. They are actively working to complete cases that were requested from DoD on or about 10/15/2022."
 
I was found unfit on Nov17, have been assigned a rater and am pending my rating per my VSO. However, my PEBLO stated that my case is still at PEB
 
Yes your pending ratings will be sent directly to the PEB to determine your DoD rating. You will not see that sheet until they make their own decisions.

Copy, it was just confusing because i thought that the PEB found me unfit then sent my case to the va for ratings, so it gets sent back to PEB for DOD rating after the va rating?

How many did you have I think I have a similar timeline to you I was told mine was last updated on Dec 12th and its at DRAS. My Peblo said I should receive them before the end of this month. so hopefully soon.
