Did you end up getting your finalized results last week? saw on another forum that you were found unfit Oct 7th. if everything is finalized have you gotten your new EAS and how far out is it?
No not yet, all I was told was the PEB found unfit
I just wanted to let yall know of an updated timeline
Legal brief: April 28, 2022
VA Claim Date: May 5, 2022
C&P Exams: May for all 3 exams
PEB Case Referred: July 14, 2022
PEB Case Accepted: August 2, 2022
VA Claim Closed: October 7, 2022
Findings: October 24, 2022
Accepted findings: October 24, 2022
Still awaiting an EAS Date from headquarters.

thats great! I was accepted August 10th, just waiting on VA now. hopefully its done soon
Good news and bad news boys and girls. According to my VA rep, the VA only starts looking at your claims until after the peb finds you unfit. Just started this process last month. good luck everyone
Hey brother, idk if you know but what the estimated timeline with the VA? Did your Attorney or VA rep tell you. And my attorney said he wouldnt be surprise if i got my findings at the end of this month. I was found unfit on OCT 31st.

So had an email with my peblo. he said expect by the end of december
The VA hit me with this: "A decision on your claim was finalized and sent out on the _____... oh wait, no it wasn't. Contact your PEBLO." lol
My Peblo said my VA rating is under Adjudication, what is that mean? last time I reach out to my MSC I have been assigned to a Rating officer. Has anyone been in this phase and if so how far I'm I? 
To me, that simply means a decision is being made on your rating. From my understanding, if your package is with the VA, and a rating decision is being made, that means you've been found unfit by the PEB and once a decision is made, the next step is your notification of that decision. If that is true, then you're certainly toward the latter stages of the entire process. Thank you, this makes me feel happy knowing the light at the end of the tunnel is near, its been rough especially 3 months ago my Chain of command pushed to adsep me for BCP failure which I have to fight for, I have lost so much trust within my shop no one cared, during my adesep I send my wife and kid home until finding out my Complaint came back and that my PEB has to finish which stopped my Adsep, I been home alone missing family and also tired.
