I just found out today i was RETROACTIVLY placed on tdrl for 6 months at 50% for ptsd and then dropped to 10% taking me off the retired list and DISCHARGING ME... I am under the impression that the marine corp made a mistake when the dishcarged me at 10% 3 years ago. Well nothing has changed...
i called the pdbr intake unit today and they said there recommendation to the secratary of the navy was to be 50%tdrl for 6 months then 30% keeping me on the permanent retired list... They said that the sec of navy refused the recommendation!!!
I'm sooooo aggrevated by all of this and this all seems unfair!!! What criteria did they use to retractivly drop my disability rating by 40 percent????? NOWW WHAT????
