This case has been going on for some 10 years starting at the board denials-entering the COFC-and now in Appeals-all with Pro Bono Support

My lawyers never served themselves and did it out of the goodness of their own heart to challenge something that is so obvious on its face young kids need help from the crap that is thrown at them if they sign a military cotract. I am learning as I go. I never knew anything about the DES when I served. Now I learn it as they apply its to me out of service without going through it, to claim I was Fit-although they never documented that in service. They use fit to say you deserve nothing for the time frame in question.

Something is seriously wrong here.

The Precedence the board and federal courts attempt to set for injured in the military should shock.

The list is to long to list is long but here is a short summary
Years of complaints under operational stressors of a combat ship-Diagnosis-No Care-No Follow up-No coordination between doctors or multiple agencies Navy Army DOD--permanent profile 3P codes documented ignored-NO DES MEB PEB processing in service-No Discharge Exam Rendered-RE1 reenlistment code given-in Civilian Hospital 2 weeks after discharge with no help from the VA or DOD-Board of Corrections and Federal Court continue to use Good Service as evidence for Fit-Fit now means no matter how injured you were or are and no matter what lack of care or rehab or benefits given - no matter what life damage you will experience because you were never given any support-you deserve no benefits for that timeframe-because you were "FIT"-oul

The Board and Court could just say, in situations similar to Hassay, Good Job you made it the end of your contract-of course you were FIT-here is some help of a Medical Discharge and early VA application
Don't Define Fit to mean you do not need help

What is the relevance to having pro bono support that never served, or does not have personal Subject Matter Expeterise in the DES?

Well for one my reading is that the DES system is fundamentally built on diagnosis and care and rehab for occupational injuries in the military up and to the point of a fit or not fit determination

There is no challenge in court that the Board and The Federal Court continue to state I was FIT, and ignore I never was given any medical referenced above.

Imagine getting a job-getting injured-getting no care-and being told by the boss you are FIT-and you can not leave-and their are threats if do not perform beyond that

What does that sound like as a metaphor?

Does that sound like a system that is American?

Is that why Job Biden and Donal Trump and many other American's gladly find reasons and understanding's and deferments-not to serve?

If a 18 year old knew that was a possibility at 18 would anyone in their right mind ever volunteer?

Just a thought.

I mean is the whole system-meant to get a kid in-then every complaint past that-is looked at as potential malingering-and not looked into as a call for help out a real problem-that needs help-that may be all 100% directly connected to there assignment and what they are bering put through?

Have a bit of human compassion and look into leadership like a adult might for any kid under their wing ask the right questions

My doctors it he military never looked under the hood and said what your military reality what are we putting you through. what are you experiencing.....no follow up

They went as far as to blame my fiancé and the cause of my military documented medical conditions. When the real fact is my loss of her was the direct cause of lousy military reality I was being put in

The Navy Shut down anything to do with my resume. Do a Google Serach of DTIC . Mil Reports NRF FFG and the SAM SEA AIR MARINER CONTRACT

The Navy can not produce any other sailor with this resume

The Navy knows this was not normal. They can not point to any other program now before or after that they took a kid from the reserve center 18 and assigned him to a active duty combat ship part time for 5 years and never gave hime a dd 214 and gave him the most dangerous job in deck . He attempted to transfer to the Army to get out of it.
