I have alot of unfitting conditions. left and right knee, right hip, left foot, low back pain, neck, TBI, and PTSD and all combat related. That is what the PEB will has as my unfitting conditions. I'm sure my rating is over 30%. What is possible rating I can get from army, am I be place on PDRL or TDRL?

Ratings are hard to say. I have seen PTSD from FFD (Fit For Duty) to 100% permanent. Just remember the Army does not assign %'s. What ever the boardable condition(s) is/are rated by the VA, the Army puts that/those %'s on the 199. With PTSD it has a strong possiblity of being TDRL. Have to wait and see.

Aslo with knee's elbow's etc always have them check the other one and when you see the VA have consider the "bilateral factor". I.e. if one knee is bad it could cause damage to the other from the compenation. Not quite that simple but make sure they consider everything.

Do I have a chance to go FPEB to change PDRL to TDRL?

With the iPEB (199 and VA proposed rating) back with all the rating yes you can request a formal. The big thing is to have new evidence, if a condition has worsened, show the proof. Get assistance to do the appeal, SJA, counsel you pay for or one of the established VSO's.

With as long as these boards are taking sometimes the ortho conditions can get worse. Have seen it several times this year alone.
