Possible Ratings with slight detail

Just want to make sure what I'm being told (nothing official) is close to being true. Being told 10 dod /90-100% VA just wanting to see if that is close to accurate or not I know DOD is accurate but VA is the one I'm uncertain about.

Does not meet retention standards.
Knee Tendonitis/tendonosis/patellofermoral pain syndrome: ROM 70 degrees


Meets retention standards.
1. Cholecystectomy: mild symptoms
2. GERD: Dysphagia, pyrosis, reflux, regurgitation, pain (substernal), sleep disturbance (3x per year)
3. Scar, S/P gall bladder removal: not painful 1/4 wide 1 1/2 long
4. Right hand sprain W/ Right metacarpal fracture: nothing more than just stating it and putting an ICD code on C&P exam paperwork
5. Left hand strain: nothing more than just stating it and putting an ICD code on C&P exam paperwork
6: Right Knee Tendonitis/tendonosis/patellofermoral pain syndrome: rom 65 degrees
7. Thoracolumbar sprain: forward 0-40 extention 0-10 right lateral flexion 0-15 left 0-15 right and left lateral rotation 0-15
8. Migraine Headaches: constant head pain, pulsating or throbbing head pain, pain on both sides, pain worse with physical activity, Nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, changes in vision last more than 2 days, typical pain location is both sides of head, prostrating attacks of headaches X'ed more frequently than once per month
9. Bilateral pes planus/plantar fasciitis: nothing more than just stating it and putting an ICD code on C&P exam paperwork
10. Bilateral metatarsalgia: nothing more than just stating it and putting an ICD code on C&P exam paperwork
11. Acne: nothing more than just stating it and putting an ICD code on C&P exam paperwork, <5%
12. Facial Acne Scaring: nothing more than just stating it and putting an ICD code on C&P exam paperwork exposed 5% to <20%
13. Tinnitus: this one is 10%
14. TMJ Disorder: may cause SM communicating and eating problems.
15. Allergic Rhinitis: 50% obstruction of the nasal passage on both sides.
16. Left 5th digit laceration hypertrophic scar: 4 cm
17. Dermatophytosis bilateral toenails: opaque thickened toenails bilateral great toenails.
18. Bilateral shoulder strain, impingement syndrome, rotator cuff tendinitis: ROM 90 degrees flexion and abduction and 50 degrees ROM external and internal.
19. Bilateral wrist tendinitis and chronic sprain: nothing more than just stating it and putting an ICD code on C&P exam paperwork
20. Right iliopsoas tendinitis/ hip sprain: nothing more than just stating it and putting an ICD code on C&P exam paperwork
21. Bilateral Shinsplints: nothing more than just stating it and putting an ICD code on C&P exam paperwork
22. Bilateral ankle lateral collateral ligament sprain: nothing more than just stating it and putting an ICD code on C&P exam paperwork

Wait until you get your actual ratings, then bring to a lawyer who for review. Actually read it and make sure everything is correct.
 
I know nothing is official but I just wanted to have a understanding about where I stand
