Below is what is on my C&P exam for my spine. I am currently in the MEB processfor spinal Stenosis, DDD and radiculopathy


Cervical Spine


Forward Flexion 0 to 10 degrees

Extension 0 to 10 degrees

Right Lateral Flexion 0 to 10 degrees

Left Lateral Flexion 0 to 10 degrees

Right Lateral Rotation 0 to 20 degrees

Left Lateral Rotation 0 to 20



Thoracolumbar Spine


Forward Flexion 0 to 40 degrees

Extension 0 to 20 degrees

Right Lateral Flexion 0 to 10 degrees

Left Lateral Flexion 0 to 5 degrees

Right Lateral Rotation 0 to 15 degrees

Left Lateral Rotation 0 to 5

Right Lateral Rotation 0 to 15 degrees

Left Lateral Rotation 0 to 5

Should be 30% on your cervical spine, 20% on your thoracolumbar, you may want to do a VARR if these are unfitting conditions.

Cervical Spine
Forward Flexion 0 to 10 degrees = 30%

Thoracolumbar Spine
Forward Flexion 0 to 40 degrees = 20%

I did receive 30% for cervical. I will appeal the lumbar.
