Any advice for transitioning from AD to DoD Civ? DOs and do nots? I am planning on staying with my current unit, just moving into more of a management position. Thanks in advance.

I have supervised Os, Es, GS, and contractors (technically speaking contractors are not supervised, they are monitored for compliance). The rules vary a lot as to what can and can't be done. I'd say learn the rules for GS employees.
