Hey all, long time reader first time poster.

Back story:
17 years active service USMC
Referred to PEB: 29 Nov 21
VA exams completed: 27 Dec 2021
Board accepted: 18 Feb 2022
Proposed ratings: ??
Fit/Unfit: ??
Ratings: ??
EAS: ??

I got a phone call today from my PEBLO and he said that my case has just been sent to the Presiding Officer due to the Line Officer and Physician not being able to agree, with one determining fit and the other unfit. I understand that at this point the Presiding officer will essentially serve as the tie breaker to determine one way or the other.

Id like to find out if anyone else has been in this position? And any light you could shed on the situation as far as how long this time takes? Who has seen their case go either way, fit/unfit?

-Thanks all, and good luck on your cases as well.
