For about one year, I've searched all over pebforum to determine what the outcome of my referred condition (ACL/meniscus) would be. I've had four knee surgeries on my right knee due to medical incompetence. All ACL related.

USMC Cpl. MCB Hawaii - 1st surgery 2014 (ACL/meniscus allograft) right knee- 2nd surgery (ACL revision allograft) right knee- 3rd surgery (Bone graft. Also took ACL out of my leg.) right knee- 4th Surgery (ACL hamstring graft) right knee- Meet with Peblo - The MEB/PEB class - Leave - Official MedBoard start date - Meet with VA rep to make claims - C&P exams - Received the notes from my PEBLO from my C&P exams - Received Narsum from PEBLO. Asked to make a minor change - Package sent to PEB - MOL notification Package accepted by PEB - Ebenefits dates changes from Dec. 2016 - July 2017 to 01/24/2017 - 08/08/2017 - Called VA and they said I am in the developmental stage. Said they received my package from PEB on Aug 30. Verified with PEBLO, as well, and I have been found unfit - Status changed from gathering of evidence to pending decision approval. Completion date changed from 01/24/2017 - 08/08/2017 to 01/10/2017 - 04/02/2017 - Decision notification letter sent. Now gathering of evidence. Completion date change from 01/10/2017 - 04/02/2017 to 05/20/2017 - 12/02/2017 - received proposed VA ratings 90% - Second claim goes "pending decision approval" and development letter sent Called PEB and was notified that I am QA and they received my case on Oct. 17th. - Called PEB. They said they are sending my ratings to PEBLO tonight. Good news! - Ratings are in! Called MMRS4 and they said EAS changed for Jan. 30. If PTAD and Terminal is approved (53 days), I will be out Dec. 8.
