Proposed ratings wait time vent

Called va last week was told proposed ratings where sent off on Jan 4 and a "what we need from you" package was sent same day and I got that one first even after I already refilled and downloaded the paper... why is it taking so long for my ratings ugh
 
My proposed ratings were done on November 10th. I got them mailed 10 business days later, which was like the 24th or something. Those were just the ones from the VA.

The VA sent the ratings to the PEB on the 10th of November for approval, and I'm still waiting on the call from my PEBLO with my findings. 61 days and counting.
