Psoriasis vs PsA ratings

I just got my NARSUM for MEB and they're only listing PsA as my DES condition when I went in for my psoriasis and was originally given humira for my skin.

That <3% of body is only post humira, pre humira it was on scalp, face, arms, back, legs, groin and unmanageable on topicals alone.

I've also heard that PsA with bioligics is lower than psoriasis. Is this a mistake I should argue?

This is a legal question. I would reach out to your JAG that was assigned to you during this process to ask those questions. Some questions are: How would I fight to get this added? Should I do a Rebuttal and IMR. What evidence should I be gathering in the event the IPEB follows suit with the NARSUM and I need to request. FPEB to try to get this condition to be found unfit.

In case anyone else ever faces MEB for Psoriasis and PsA: PsA is more than likely less than Psoriasis.

I was informed that by leaving Psoriasis off as an unfitting condition I would likely be a DoD 20%. JAG is helping me rebuttal because I was on humira first for Psoriasis and didn't even realize I had arthiritis until later. The combination of the two would likely have me at DoD 70%, but I'm still fighting.
