PUBLISHED REPORT - PTSD VICTIMS WILL NO LONGER NEED TO PROVE TRAUMA TO VA -- 02-1

This is a great development in the VA body of law (I am assuming this will come in the form of a regulation or VA Gen Counsel Opinion).

Open question in my mind is how the DoD / VA Pilot Program will react to this one.

If anyone comes across this issue, please post any updates.

If this rule had been in effect when I was put through the system I'd have correctly rated for PTSD instead of the Bi-polar tag they put on me.
