I have been informed my PEB case is now in the QA phase and I am told this is quality assurance. What exactly does this mean if anything? Any help is appreciated thanks.

I was told the same thing about a week and a half ago. I spoke with the disability lawyer here at Portsmouth Naval Hospital and he told me, "Typically people who are in the QA phase have been found unfit for duty by the board and now the package is undergoing QA before it goes to the VA but that still doesn't mean you are unfit for duty because things change often in the QA phase...........but typically it means you were found unfit for duty but you can still be determined fit for duty in the QA phase". I also talked to the PEB folks that notify you last week and they said, "Really it doesn't mean shit. All that it means is that the board did their part and now it is going through the QA process. It doesn't mean you were found fit or unfit. it just means the board made their decision and now it's going through another review".

Take it for what it is worth because it seems like it doesn't really mean anything :/

Mr dinosaur,Hopefully I'm found unfit, ive called every possible way to figure something out an ofcourse NAVY wont tell us a thing..Sad cause other branches get there info a lot faster
