So quick question, so the last time I spoke with my Peblo my case was with QA. So my question is once the QA portion is done will my case be sent back to DC then released to my peblo for notification? Or does it come from the VA once QA is done to the peblo for notification?

I've never heard anything like QA in the IDES processQuality assurance
Ok got you.Its the last stage before findings. They basicallly look at your package and make sure everything is good to go. Before they release it to be signed and sent to the peblo for you to review your findings.
I'm army, I just got my retirement date. So what I can tell you as per your question is; MEB evaluate your records after all QTC results are in, then come out with conditions that are fit and unfit (Called it NARSUM).
After that your case is forwarded to the IPEB.
PEB look at the NARSUM and finally agree with the MEB findings.
If the PEB agrees with the MEB findings, your case is send to the VA for rating.
When VA is done with all the ratings, they send the letter back to PEB. PEB will work with it (look at the ratings for unfit conditions ) then send it to your PEBLO together with your DA form 199. your PEBLO then release the rating to you, call you and discuss it with you. You can either agree or disagree with the findings.
