QTC appointments

Hi! I was just wondering how you alls appointment went with QTC? Mine were very vague and didn’t go in dept with all my problems I listed. They last no more than 10 minutes and they didn’t seems to actually dive into my issues, is this normal?

Like for example I have daily migraines and she didn’t ask about them at all. So how can a rating be formed when the doctor didn’t ask about the condition?
 
My QTC appointments were pretty lengthy, we went over each issue and asked questions but they do have access to your records also so they can check those as well.
