Question about cap on disability retirement for 20+ ADSM

Hi! I’m trying to figure out whether med boarding would be beneficial in this case:
28 years of service
Spinal injury that started in combat

My PCM keeps saying I will be retained and retired normally, but my conditions definitely fail the standards of medical fitness. Could you answer these questions:

1. Say I am rated 90% on the Army side, my reg retirement is 70%, but my disability retirement should be 75% - is this how it works for lifers?

2. If I am maxed out at either 70/75%, I’m going to try to prove CRSC - what would the limit on that be? My regular retirement or the 75% I think I may be eligible for?

Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Having 20 plus active time your capped at your longevity retirement percentage regardless if you choose regular retirement or go the MEB route and receive a disability retirement.
