still no updates. The VA keeps saying my case is in the decision phase and PEBLO says the IPEB is just wiating on ratings to come back to them from the VA. I got myFSS email on Oct 2nd so its been nearly 2 months. I've given up hope of making it home by Christmas. At this rate I doubt I'll get orders before January. I've just decided to stop stressing about the slow pace of this ratings process and focus on enjoying the holidays with my wife and kids.considering my MEB was initiated in Feburary I think I should've went with LDES tbh. No way the civilian side could be much slower than this.
I kinda wish I went the LDES route too, this is taking wayyy to long. I just want to start my new life, so done with the military.

I just spoke to the VA, apparently my case has been in the dreaded "decision phase' since 18 SEP. Hopefully I get my rating before I hit my 3-month mark. Hope y'all are doing well.
literally same, all they told me was I'm in the 2nd part of the decision phase whatever that means
I feel like at this point they just make this stuff up. The file is probably sitting on someones desk and when they get to it it'll be done in a week. I've been waiting since oct 2nd.
Same I've been waiting since Oct 7th. I enjoy getting on here and seeing people get their findings but it's hard sometimes when you're just waiting without any type of clue of what's going on .

Has anyone gotten any updates yet? I got MyFSS notification Oct. 3 of this year. All I'm being told is that AFPC is backlogged with the Navys cases and the VA is saying
"Waiting action from the DoD before we can move forward on the VA side. As soon as DRAS gets notice from DoD, they will move my claim forward for rating."

Navy IDES here, whos AFPC and how do they know about the DOD backlog? Did they say anything else?
AFPC is the Air Force Personnel Center. That's all I've been told by my MSC and PEBLO.
So when you call the VA they say that they haven’t received your case yet?
They just always tell me it's in the decision phase.
they say the same thing to me as well. my claim has been in the decision phase since 17 September but my MEB packet has only been with the PEB since 13 Nov. so im sure theyre still waiting for the unfit/fit determination to move forward with mine as well. i haven’t gotten much information from anyone.
Is your claim awaiting ratings from the VA as well?
