I've been in the dark pretty much my whole process. This forum has helped me a lot. My VA claim says ready for decision about how long can I expect to receive my findings.

Does it say "ready for decision" or "preparation for decision"?

The disappearing claim means a decision was reached and DoD was notified on the VA ratings. A second claim will open to pay you once you are no longer drawing DoD AD pay AND have uploaded a DD214 to the new claim.

No WAY REALLY?? I thought this whole time that my stuff was messed up.

When I call the VA they say that they still havent come to a decision and to contact my PEBLO or MSC for more info... are they just saying that because they cant tell me the proposed rating?

I have no idea. But it is SOP to have two claims when found unfit.

A case disappearing from the VA, during a PEB, is SOP. The first VA case is opened solely for the purpose of establishing ratings for DoD. Once the ratings are established the case is closed.
