For anyone who has gone through the MEB process, when do you get your DD214 and how do you go about requesting it? Also when do you start receiving VA benefits? Thanks again for the help you guys have all given.

You get your DD214 after you must have cleared the unit and the entire post.
I got my DD214 the day after my last official day of terminal leave. The HQ personnel folks contacted me on my last day of terminal leave with a draft version. There was an error and they made corrections. Early the next day (my first day off AD) I received a corrected and signed DD214 via email.
