06/16 - Granted VA disability: 30% PTSD, 30% Cardiovascular Heart Wall, 10% Tinnitus; was able to stay in the reserves
07/17 - Referred to Med. on Sun. afternoon of UTA for potentially DQ RX medication (adderall). Moved across country next day (planned 6 mos in advance)
08/17 to 07/18 - Went back and fourth with medical unit about various medical/administrative issues
08/18 - IRILO is DQ from AFRC
11/18 - Reached out to state senator since I could not find out my situation's status from my unit or what to expect next
12/18 - Received letter from state senator's office saying they looked into my situation and the AF was still working it
01/19 - Assigned PEBLO & VA MSC, started C&P appointments for: PTSD, Back Pain, Knee Pain, Syncopal, Myopia, Right Shoulder Pain & Tinnitus
03/19 - Completed last C&P appointment
03/19 to Present - Status is unknown, PEBLO says NARSUM, PCM Addendum, Impact Statement and VA Forms 21-0819 and 526EZ are too old and need to be completed again. She's saying I should know something by 7/26, also VA.gov website still lists my status as "gathering evidence"

To sum it up, I was AD from 2003 to 2009 and did convoys with the Army in Iraq in 2007. In 2009 I transferred into the reserves without any problems. In recent years the anxiety, depression and aggressiveness has gotten worse and I want to get a medical retirement rather than a discharge. I've researched AFI 36-3212 and DODI 1332.18 and think I fall into the permanent retirement criteria, but until I hear back I have no idea.

*UPDATE*
9/11/19 - IPEB returned from AFPC with a disposition of permanent retirement and increased my PTSD rating from 30% to 50%

Working on figuring out my separation date, points-toward-retirement/credible years of service and retirement pay options.
