I applied July 2014. My case went into adjudication January 6th, 2016. It was forwarded to the Navy sometime in July 2016. Approval decision was sent to me from them September 29, 2016.
Please make sure whatever you do, that you update your contact iinformation EVERY TIME it changes. It's ABSOLUTELY HELL getting to the right place to find out what decision was made if your paperwork is sent to the incorrect address like mine was.
I'm extremely happy about what this means for my family and I. I really do wish the same for all of you. Don't be fooled though. They have found a way to give us what we want and screw us anyway. All this retroactive pay that's continually discussed, is almost non exsistant. However that's a topic for another conversation.
If you are Navy I do have a contact phone number to call and they will tell you your status once it has been released from the PDBR. Please don't call them unless you know your case has left the PDBR and went to the NAVY. The number is 202-685-6408 Ask for the PEB.
