Hello all! I went to my retirement breifing today and came away confused.

I am Florida National Guard soldiers with 20 year letter. I was rated 60% DOD and 60% VA and placed on the PDRL. I had my retirement breifing today. With what I have learned going through the process is that since I was rated over 50% and with a twenty year letter I would receive off set of VA and DOD. Well at the breifing I was told that I will only receive DOD since it paid more than the VA. I was also told that at the age of 60 I can not apply for concurrent receipt. Is this correct?

No, its wrong. At age 60, you will qualify for CRDP.

Glad to help! Yes, there will be, however, the CRDP will restore at least part of the offset when you are eligible.
