22 Oct- MEB process started for back and neck pain
29 Oct- Initial package sent to AFPC
8 Nov - Return to duty with assignment limitation

Wow. I was really expecting this to be a drawn out process...

Well I am glad. I wanted to finish up my time, only 2 years left. This site has been a great resource to find answers and talk to like minded ppl, and now I have a little more time to address concerns before I'm thrown to the mercy of the VA. Thank you, thank you, thank you all.

Glad you got a return to duty. I would like to caution others though, I had a return to duty and AFPC kicked it back wanting a full board. So its never 100% certainty. Needless to say, I'm going to the FPEB at the end of the month.
