ROM during physical therapy

Good Morning guys,

I had my physical therapy follow up yesterday and the PT checked my ROM which I think he made an error as my ROM was vastly "improved" however I don't feel like it has changed much in four weeks (7 sessions) He stated my ROM is as follows: (the first ROM was August and second is September)

Cervical Flexion: 10 / 45
Cervical Extension: 10 / 35
Cervical Rotation Right: 30 / 50
Cervical Rotation Left: 30 / 60

She has documented this in my record. Will this be weighted when considering ROM for PEB?

I am now able to see all my doctors notes on Tricare Blue button and I am some what concerned at the vast difference between doctors and down playing of my condition / pain. I am almost four months post cervical fusion C5-C7 with Radiculopathy bilaterally. Some of my doctors notes are conflicting based on thier perception of my pain and nerve issues. None of the notes reflect that the two discs above my two fusion are also deteriorated and have neural stenosis. Which is my biggest concern in this whole process as I will need another fusion in a few years. I feel that is a definite contributing factor to my case but they haven't even mentioned it besides my MRI report. I understand they see lots of sailors each day but..... this is my life and so I'm trying to be proactive

Any advice or imput from your experiences would be greatly appreciated.

The C&P exam will set your ROM for percentages. The DoD must use the percentage set by the VA for all unfitting conditions.

Thanks ChaplainCharlie! I was hoping that would be the case. this PT was fairly new and I figured he just made a mistake based on the fact that there is a metal plate proventing me from getting that degree of ROM. I appreciate your quick response and GURU knowledge on the medical board process.
