First of all, as I use English as a second language, I am apologies if I confuse you with my bad grammar.

I found my case might be interesting for some of us who just about to start the MEB/PEB.
Here below are my case timeline and my finding;

Mar-Apr 2011 Injury at work, Lower back pain (actually it all over the back)
May 2011 1st PRT waiver
July 2011 1st LIMDU (Upper and Lower back pain)
Nov 2011 2nd PRT waiver
Feb 2012 MEB initiate
May 2012 met the VA rep
May-Jun 2012 C&P exams
June 2012 My Psychiatrist gave me the Addendum for Anxiety with major depress.
July 6, 2012 Sign NASUM, Package been sent off.
** I got screw on the ROM of my cervical spine and Lumbar spine; the doctor just put random number in to my result (those number will give me 10% on each). I attached my latter explain what I disagree to the C&P exam of the spine that the ROM are drastically inconsistent to my medical record and a lot of errors information on the result.

July 11, 2012 Got a phone call from the VA, give me an appointment for a new C&P exam for the spine

Aug 9, 2012 New spine exam done.
Aug 15, 2012 1st Finding is back.
This one give me 30% DOD, 80% VA. TDRL.
I’m about to sign it but I found that the VA rate my Cervical and Lumbar spine with the C&P exam on May 2012 (10 and 10%). To make sure everything are correct, I brought it to the JAG, and she recommend me to get the result of the new exam on Aug 9 asap. Finally I got it with a big help from my VA Rep. (Big thanks to him)
My 30% DOD = 10% Cervical spine.
10% Lumbar spine.
10% Anxiety with major depress. (This one has been adding to my unfit condition since I got an addendum for it. I never know about it before, so I think this might be interesting)

Aug 20, 2012 Request the VA for reconsideration.
I was really nerves, I was afraid that my 30% DOD might go down and the case may finalized. These 5 weeks are the longest 5 weeks ever in my life.

Sep 25, 2012 Finding is back, 50% DOD, 90% VA with PDRL ! OMG!! Case Finalized.

They are really surprise me with the PDRL.
I would like to say thank you to Mr. Jason, Mr. Mike and everyone who share their experiences to us.

I’m really glad that I found this site, without this site, I think I might have gotten screwed over in this process and I've learned just about everything I know about the PEB process from this site.

Wow, awesome results with the PDRL considering the Anxiety w/ depression. Congratulations
