I had an unexpected torn rotator cuff repaired very recently. I had a previous total shoulder replacement surgery five years prior on the same side from a LOD injury. Fortunately the surgeon was able to repair the cuff. Now I'm looking at the MEB route. I'm a Reservist with 28 plus years in service with several deployments. Now I'm in the healing process and will start rehab soon I'm sure. I'm just not sure how to proceed with this situation. Civ drs are a little bit unschooled in the MEB ways.
