It varies. A lot of it depends on where you are in the process. Sounds like your Pre-Des, which doesn't have a real timeline.

they finally got me on the commander decision letter, Which was late since i was on leave. Turns out someone lost that.

How long do i have now roughly? its confirmed seperation on condition

If you are referring to the commanders impact statement, that is still Pre-Des with an unknown timeline. When they send that to your commander, even through they give a timeline, your commander can ignore that for a LONG time. Once the commander signs off on it and recommends fit or unfit, the PEBLO can send the package to AFPC, assuming your local providers completed the narrative summary explaining your medical case. Once your PEBLO sends it to AFPC, it can still take another month before they direct a full MEB and you start IDES or return to duty.

Well, once the AFPC sends your package back they will either return you to duty or have you go through a full MEB. The MEB will take up to (or around) 180 days and then once you have your findings that's when the 90 days until separation will take effect. I hope this helps.

For my condition its a guaranteed separation. I understand it takes time but will they give me a separation date with the MEB decision? Google says yes but I think the ai is pulling it out of thin air.

Im more worried ill be out too fast. But 6 months is enough to save money

Here's what I have from mostly active duty CONUS Air Force from this forum concerning timelines after the last VA C&P exam: 1774575217756.png

They are not going to give you your separation date during the MEB decision, but once that is done it will be pushed up to the PEB who will make the fomral decision, etc. Your orders will come after this process.
