I already called them they said they are done but for some reason they are unable to view my ratings and she doesn't understand why

Guess I will just have to hurry up and wait some more

I just talked to my PEBLO she sent them a email last week for a start date and they put todays date. She told me to call her back thursday cuz she will be on leave next week. so she can check again so fingers crossed for my 199 this week....

So my claim was sent to seattle, WA on June5th , Does anyone know how long it takes to get your proposed ratings back ? Thanks yall!!

pending decision approval

Mine did the exact same thing with the statuses and my ratings are at the peb board right now, so you should be good to go.

At 166 days since unfit and still no 199...oh well, at least ratings are done an peb is typing so maybe my wait will end soon since peb had them since 1 july

Man that rediculous it should not take that long. Which peb is your packet at?

That's not ridiculous! If PEB got his ratings July 1st and are typing now then it's accurate wait time

hi so i started my meb on the 10th of nov got my unfit on jan 7th any idea how long it should take from time of unfit i have been siting on preparation for decision for like 2 months. and they closed my case at the waco ro and moved it to seattle ro
I started my MEB bOard around the same time as you 13 Nov 12. How far along are you in the process or is that the most updated status for you. What post are you on?

I have a few questions. I am currently on day 175 of awaiting ratings. I am looking for suggestions as to how to make it finally move possibly. I am also at 2 and half months of being at Prep for decision. Heres everything I have done so far. I have a DAV rep at the Seattle Office. I just contacted both my Senator and Congressman to see if they can help I know the usual response the VA gives from reading on here so not expecting much on that one but sometimes good things can happen. I am in contact with the Ombudsman on post who is trying to get ahold of the PEB to find out what is going on. I realized today how bad my case is when I went over to the WTU S1 to gather information on the PCS home awaiting orders. They asked me when I got my unfit memo and when I told them they were like wow that is a really long time I wonder why it is taking so long. Can anyone offer any other suggestions on some one I can contact to get more eyes on my case and hopefully make something happen.

Congratulations on the recent receipt of DoD and DoVA preliminary ratings! :)

If I may ask, did you have any behavioral health medical condition(s) found unfit for duty by the PEB? If not, then your opportunity to receive a PDRL finding determination is potentially favorable; if that's your overall expectation from DoD.

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

Best Wishes!

UPDATE#1:

Positive thinking yields positive results! :)

After nearly a one month wait, I finally received official notification that my VARR request memorandum was forwarded to the DoVA D-RAS on 19 June 2013.

To that extent, the potential positive outlook is that a one month wait is done. So, I hope that I the potential next two month wait time is still a valid projection since the DoVA D-RAS is still experiencing their backlog in DoVA disability claim processing.

No worries, it's all good! ;)

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

Best Wishes!
