Ok so how does that work out? So I sign 199 than hit TRANSPOC list than it will say I have 90 days to be out of the army well I have 30 days leave so I have to stay in for 60 days?
 
I am in the same boat as most of you! I was found unfit back in Decemeber and VA accepted my paperwork 18 December. Since then I have heard absolutely nothing. My PEBLO tells me be patient and wait but, that is hard when you have kids and a wife to take care of. Ebenefits is worthless it has been stating "gathering evidence" the entire time, and all the VA ever says is were working on it. I contacted a DAV with no results yet. Anyone out there got anymore advice?
 
Oh I guess I should have mentioned I'm not in the same state as my PEBLO rigt now.

thanks. see if you can talk to a different PEBLO or maybe try contacting the Hospital SGM

Once you come down in TRANSPROC and recieve your orders you will have 10 days to clear post. Once you've cleared post your leave starts. You do not have to hang around for 60 days.

So if I am on the transtions by 17 April 2013 that will give me 10 days to clear till 30 April and than I could start my Leave 1 May?
 
That's about right. Just make sure that your lsat day of leave is around the 26th of the month. Whatever month that falls under, this way your VA pay will not be delayed too long
 
ok i will have 28 days so that means from 1 May to 28 May will be Terminal leave is that going to mess it up? Or should I just sell two more days?
 
^ hes right.you are Allowed to take 20 days PTDY but that is up to your COC, talk to your s-1...im a 42A...i know these things...
 
Once you hit TRANSPOC and you get your seperation dates its usually 90 days out so you say you have 28 days then you add 20 tdy then calculate the days you'll get while leave so add 5 so about 43 days leave then 10 days to clear but you can always push-up your seperation date by putting in a 4187 so you don't have to sit and wait around to start clearing
 
I am S1 and I have never seen anyone getting PTDY for MEB. Where in writing does it state you are authorized that?
 
So my husband is suppose to go in to review his 199 tomorrow. So, hopefully he agrees with his ratings and we can get the rest of this show on the road!!

I had 3 unfitting and 6 claimed conditions.
 
I hope i come out as good as you dude i had 7 unfits and 16 claimed!
