My chain of command is dumb..lol they tried to get a 5500 on me...nice try!
 
Why are they dumb for trying to do a 5500?
 
Go to sign my 199 at 1300 today.
 
As of today is 125 days since unfit memo with one unfit condition I guess my packet is just collecting dust at Seattle.
 
I called my VA office here that has my claims and the ones that say the Ebenefits online does not always reflect what they have are correct. They recieved all my docs from the c and p exams on the 2nd of april.
I really hope mine doesnt take that long clearman....have you harrased your peblo?
 
Yeah but she just tells me it will not be long now and she has been saying that for two months now. And I hope no one has to wait as long as me it's just not right. Good luck in you journey through the process.
 
So, my timeline is below..........I pretty much just started. My ETS is early AUG. Hopefully I can get out of here before then. My question is I have 11 claims, 1 is unfit....is that "a lot," normal or alittle?

Also my PEBLO and CASE MANAGER seem pretty legit..

You two both need to contact DAV and have them assign you a DAV representative. Something is wrong and they can find out what. If nothing is wrong, they can help push it forward. They will bring it to their (the VA's) attention. Don't wait any longer. Get ahold of them ASAP. I recommend contacting the DAV in Seattle since that is in the same state and I am sure they are very familiar with the IDES process (mine was)

Same boat here...I'm still waiting too. I'm not going to say be patient or at least you're getting a check because that doesn't really help with the inability to plan for your future. Just know that there is an end to this process, hopefully sooner than later. Like some others have stated get a hobby and do something constructive with your time. Being simply focused on this process will drive you insane. Good luck battle...

You'll be pushing it close to your ETS.
 
ok i just tried to contact the VA through the 1-800 number.....that system sucks. Either that or my dumb 13B ass isn't phone savvy at all. Any pointers?
 
Dav is best thing IMO. I got one at beginning of march and by the end of march had my ratings. They are the inside man!

How do i get a DAV Rep.? Sacha told me I have a VA hold on my packet and no one I call sees it, and keep telling me that it's not on hold.
