I am in the same situation as many of this forum's members. I started my MEB/PEB/IDES process in May of 2012. I've been waiting for word from the VA since January 3rd of 2013. Just today, my eBenefits changed from "Gathering of Evidence" to "Preparation for Decision".
Adjustment Disorder (AD) was not one of my Failing Conditions, and I don't believe it was considered to be "Chronic Adjustment Disorder (CAD)". I was worried that I would be waiting on some sort of decision (regarding AD), but it seems they may be moving forward with my claim. Now I just have to trust that it will actually go through the rest of the process without any more delays.
