I am in the same situation as many of this forum's members. I started my MEB/PEB/IDES process in May of 2012. I've been waiting for word from the VA since January 3rd of 2013. Just today, my eBenefits changed from "Gathering of Evidence" to "Preparation for Decision".

Adjustment Disorder (AD) was not one of my Failing Conditions, and I don't believe it was considered to be "Chronic Adjustment Disorder (CAD)". I was worried that I would be waiting on some sort of decision (regarding AD), but it seems they may be moving forward with my claim. Now I just have to trust that it will actually go through the rest of the process without any more delays.

Not nessisarily true. eBennefits can go back and forth for quite some time. That's why many people do not trust what it says. Was AD on your 3947 at all?

This is awesome news, brother; congratulations! :)

Exactly; you are fully aware of the DoD TDRL PTSD 6-month re-evaluation after separation due to traumatic stress; it's very important to follow-up not just for ratings purposes, but for a healthy lifestyle post-military endeavors. ;)

If I may ask, where all of your DoD - Army 90% combat related; just curious?

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

Best Wishes!

No worries, it's all good! :)

If needed, it's better to vent via this forum than to vent publicly with a potential to draw legal attention. ;)
