I was found unfit on 2 sept. I just called the va and said I was in the proposal stage but when I logged into ebenefits it said reviewing evidence and needed verification of service. I'm not sure which one to believe and to top it off I can't get a hold of anyone in the ides office because they are having phone line problems. I'm so confused and just want this process to be over.

congrats, yours is moving fast! mine was super fast to but im still waiting on findings. AUG 8 the VA got my package and i just recently moved to pending decision approval on ebenefits so i should hear something soon. Its good that they are requesting evidence from you, that means its moving along atleast yano? good luck!
Well ebenefits is requesting something. When I talked to the man at va call center he said everything was good to go. It's confusing ya know.
Ides doesn't answer their phones?? Lol. Well what I've been told is the comments on the site is the va talking to eachother. Idk if that makes sense.

Nothing yet. I still can't get a hold of Ashley or Ann at ides. Phones still aren't working.

Mine did too! Yay! I went in to see Ms Ann today and she told me the guy assigned to my board is really good and pretty quick. She said a few weeks.

Because I'm navy I get up to 90. I really hope I hear something next week. I'm ready to get out.
me too i just had to request mast because my command was denying me to go to medical appointments
They can't do that. That is part of your med board
I requested mast, was removed from my office and placed in the s-1 shop, now today I have to go back to medical and get updated paperwork or else the CO is putting me back on full working days instead of the 4 hour days I am supposed to be working. This whole thing has been a load of crap. I am so ready to be out of here already!
No one can help. Wounded warriors turned me away and my command told my case manager no.
Something doesnt sound right. maybe try going to legal and seeing if they can do anything. I know part of my med board is to make sure i attend all appointments.
