just be ready when it comes to drop your separation packet that’s the only thing you can do to speed it up. Nppc 1900/1 and 1900/2 is the only one that need to be filled out right?

As far as the sep goes I'd check out the sep check list and base it off that. Somethings you won't be able to do until your sep orders are in but everything else you can have the majority done before the time comes
