Do you have to submit a separation package after you receive message traffic? If so what does that contain of? Thanks
Yes, you have to submit a separation package to TSC Norfolk. And by "you," I mean your CPPA.
Go to the mynavyhr site, go to forms, and look for the separation checklist. I believe it's the NPPSC 1900/1, but maybe it's the 1800/1? Anyway, it's there.
DON'T DO a separation physical. Other than that, follow the form.
Submit ASAP. That's what signals TSC to start generating your DD214 and separation orders. Not to mention set up your retired pay account.
And how the F*$# is your command admin not advising you on this? This is heavy shit, man. Go kick the LCPO in the head and tell him to start doing his job. Shit.
Yea my command admin acts like they don’t know what’s going on and my chain of command also. That’s why I have to reach out to everyone on this forum just to know what I need to do. If it wasn’t for you guys in here I would be sht out of luck.Yes, you have to submit a separation package to TSC Norfolk. And by "you," I mean your CPPA.

You'll still get that separation authorization message. You still gotta submit your package to TSC. Main difference is officer orders come via detailer/community manager chop chain, not generated at TSC. Still delivered in NSIPS though.@PERS-95 is there anything different for officer medical seps that i should be looking for?
