The secretary of the navy has directed the Separation with disability Severance
(SEPSEV) pay ICO the members listed below. Within 5 days of receipt of this message,
commands are directed to generate an enterprise customer relationship management case in salesforce.

For information purposes, the Separation (SEP) date above is the day the member is to be
separated from the Navy.
3.
Parent commands listed in the to line of this message are directed to complete the separation
package in salesforce with all key supporting documents for TSC Norfolk no later than 14 days from
the date of this message. Commands not serviced by TSC Norfolk (i.e. CVNs, AS, and commands with
their own pay and personnel support UIC) will submit and process the separation package as directed
by your servicing administrative department.
4.
Permissive Temporary Duty (PTDY) is authorized !AW MILPERSMAN 1320-220 and Commanding
Officer approval per NAVPERS 190000A, the Transition Assistance Services and Benefits Manual.
5.
Do not delay separation of the member for the purposes of a medical separation physical. No
separation physical is required in accordance with DODM 1332.18-V2; disability examinations will
serve as the members separation physical.
6.
Accounting data for orders will be constructed by the servicing TSC using BUPERSINST 7040.6,
The Financial Management Guide for Permanent Change of Station Travel.
7.
Hold discharge in abeyance if member(s) are hospitalized for a new impairment not previously
identified and immediately request further instructions by contacting PERS-954 at
[email protected].
8.
Hold discharge in abeyance if member(s) are being dual processed (ADSEP/MEDICAL) and
immediately request further instructions by contacting PERS-954 at [email protected] and
PERS 832 at [email protected].
9.
For Separation Program Designator (SPD) and re-entry codes for DD214 please refer to BUPERSINST1900.8E.
10.
Per NAVADMIN 244/14, CNPC will continue to issue this official message granting approval. This
message will be the authorization for TSCs to issue the separation orders via NSIPS. Officer orders
will continue to be released following review by detailers and community managers.
11.

Limited Duty Requests,

To determine transition assistance and benefits, members are invited to enroll in transitional
health care benefits that may be available from 60 to 180 days after separation.

Interesting, I'm keying in on the PEB index as a reference. Pretty quick turnaround at PERS, so I wonder how long these people waited for the case to be sent over from the PEB?

It seems very hit and miss. My index was received last week, and still waiting for my name on the message. Thought for sure I would be on the one yesterday. I don't know if they send one two days in a row. I was told by PERS they will have released the message within 72 hours of getting your index, and its been well past that so I'm not sure the hold up.

same brother, same. I guess it feels better knowing im not the only one left out of the message, but I've got a strong feeling that if its not today, then early next week we'll get it
 
"Early next week" should be the motto for this whole process lol
 
I just got an email back from the disability email saying "the next few days". I signed on the 27th of February, so who knows what it actually means lol
 
Might be a stupid question, but how many messages are released a week? Or is it based upon how many final notices they get to fill up a message?
 
Where did u find this and where do i find the future messages?
Its a CUI messages traffic that only Admin departments have access to.
 
My PRDL message is out. 24 April last day. 25th retired.
